No printer for the Internet.... Every Hotel that I've stayed at for past 3 years provides this service. The restaurant was horrible. My daughter ordered an entre. When she received it, she could not eat it due to the smell of it. The waiter/chef (another story) charged us the full price for her meal although she never touched it. The breakfast buffet wasn't very good. The breakfast area could've been kept a bit cleaner.
For our purposes, the hotel was just fine.
Convenience, cost, proximity to University of Delaware
Three very fat, vrey uncomfortable pillows- include a thinner one so that guests can have a choice- and a good night's sleep.
I was extremely disappointed when the water in the shower built up while I was showering. I find this very upsetting and because of this, I will never book a room there again.
Comfortable big room, microwave and fridge inside the room, free wi-fi and parking.
The room was excellently kept up--cleanliness was outstanding. The beds were comfortable. We especially liked that there was both a refrigerator and a microwave oven in the room--an asset for those travelers who like to keep snacks on hand.
The walls were a bit "thin"--late night talkers could be heard through the walls. We felt it a little odd that the telephone in the room did not have all its' buttons attached to the front.
I did not like to much of anything during my stay. The first thing that really bothered me was that I purchased a King Suite and when arrived i was given a room with two double beds. I was very dissatisfied and when i went back downstairs to the desk i was told that there were no more rooms avaiable except for a smoking room which was out of the questions because of my allergies. I feel that i should have been compensated for not recieveing what I had paid for. Only think that bothered me was the price increase. I booked a price online but paid another at the hotel.
Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very accessible to Route 95, and a good location to several dining spots.
Flat Screen TV's where a plus that was about it though
Room was very small coffee pot was dirty as well as the ironing board just didn't feel comfortable in my room and the ice and vending area was filthy
The best thing about the Ramada was the price!
The hotel had an odor of stale smoke.
Value, the room was spacious, the hotel was close to the University of Delaware
The air conditioner kept coming on and shutting off after about 2 minutes of running all night long so the room would get cold and then shut off for a few minutes and start over all night long. The fitted sheet did not fit the bed so it kept sliding off the corner of the mattress which looked like an old mattress.I asked for a room that absolutely did not smell like smoke and the room still smelled like stale smoke. Very disappointed!
i did not like the buffet area it need ti improve
Very good motel at a very reasonable price (though maybe it was some promo). Lots of malls nearby. Clean rooms, good facilities. Great breakfast (very delicious sausages)!
Awful faucet! It's just impossible to use it. I hate these water efficient faucets! Slow and unstable internet connection in some rooms
Very spacious and clean room. We stayed on the ground floor and had a second door which opened to the pool area. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.
Staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean and attractive. Wi-fi worked well, nice television. Overall a great stay!
I really liked the whole atmosphere of it.
